This attractive vegetarian restaurant serves a changing menu of nicely prepared dishes such as lasagne, chilli and vegetable kofta. Lunchtime crowds come for the good-value buffet and the pleasant garden dining.

    Lovely buffet menu with secluded garden dining.

    Summer '08. Up from the Bairro Alto, turn right off the Elavador da Gloria. Tucked away to the west of the Jardim Botanico, the street outside is very quiet, but don't give up hope.
    Spiritual feel, waiters attentive and very pleasant. Buffet style, tofu, vegetable protein and other dishes. Fill-up as often as you like. Good selection of vegan and herbal drinks, beers and wines. Quiet, mature and mainly portuguese.
