Located in a former lamp factory, this renovated loft offers an exclusive décor based on art work. The Cool Design Loft is located in Alcântara and offers free private parking.
It features an open-plan living room with a fireplace, a flat-screen cable TV with DVD player and a sofa. It opens out to the decked balcony with a table and chairs. The stairs lead to the mezzanine floor, with a double bed and a bathroom.
The kitchen comes with a dining area, a washer/dryer, refrigerator, and a microwave. Guests can enjoy a coffee in the balcony while overlooking the street.
Cool Design Loft surrounding area features restaurants, supermarkets, and bars. Guests will be given the best tips to explore the city. Oriente Museum is across the road, and the Ancient Art National Museum is a 10-minute walk.
Lisbon International Airport is around 10 km from the Cool Design Loft, and Rossio Train Station is a 9-minute bus ride from the loft.
Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.
