Buses make for Ogrodzieniec from the town of Zawiercie.

From Częstochowa, there are two buses per day to Zawiercie (6zł, 1½ hours, 6.50am and 2pm), from where you can change for a bus to Ogrodzieniec. Alternatively, take a bus passing Zawiercie on its way to another destination (such as Kielce, Kraków or Jędrzejów).

Trains bound for Katowice from Często­chowa also stop in Zawiercie.
