Buses for Moalboal leave Cebu South bus station on the hour throughout the day (P65, three hours). To get from Moalboal to Bato by the Ceres Liner bus (P42, two hours), wait by the main road in town and be prepared for standing room only. Most resorts can organise van hire for Cebu or Bato (P1500 to P2000).
