Lonely Planet review

One of Dumaguete’s most popular restaurants, Casablanca tries its hand at most cuisines but is known primarily for its hearty Austrian dishes. In a lovely spot on the waterfront, it serves up crispy and succulent roast pork and Vienna schnitzel, with a delicious eggplant variation for vegetarians. Sesame-seared tuna with salsa makes a fine appetiser, and there’s a good sandwich selection for lunch.
