Cebu Pacific has direct flights between Cebu and Siargao (from P888) three days a week. Another option is to fly from Manila to Surigao. Siargao is serviced by two ferry companies every morning and early afternoon from Surigao (ordinary/air-con P230/276, 3.5hr). Two daily return trips from Dapa to Surigao are also in the morning; one of the boats is basically an oversized bangka with rows of hard benches, while the other is a larger slower ferry. The early morning departure, around 5.30am, which would allow you to connect to the flight to Manila or to travel by bus to Davao in a single day, means leaving Cloud Nine around 4.30am.
