Manila is awash in quintessentially Filipino ‘restobars’, which serve classic Filipino favourites and buckets of beer. The Pier One in the Fort has the best atmosphere of them all, with outdoor and indoor seating and plenty of camaraderie. There are a few additional branches, including one on Roxas Blvd near the corner of Buendia Ave.
