    The rooms are starting to show their wear but it's the only airport hotel that won't break the budget and it does come with some perks, such as free airport transfers and free use of the pool at its sister hotel next door, the Bellavista.

    Hotel Cesario is just 1 km from the Mactan Cebu International Airport, and a complimentary airport pick-up service is provided. It features an à la carte restaurant, a snack bar and free WiFi access in its public areas.

    Rooms offer air conditioning and a fan, a wardrobe and a desk. The private bathroom offers shower facilities and slippers. Room service is available.
