Lonely Planet review
This leafy, expanding compound, a 20-minute walk from town, has a variety of rooms that surround a slightly overgrown garden with plenty of shade, not to mention a goat or two. Rooms range from modern rondavel cottages with bright, painted murals (these might bring to mind a Hobbitt hole) to fan-cooled A-frame rooms in a bamboo structure.
Ask to look at several rooms before choosing; at least one rondavel has a shower curtain for a bathroom door. The kitchen here prepares a mean BLT sandwich.
Our independent authors have visited Kokosnuss Garden Resort and selected this as one of our recommended accommodation in Coron Town & Busuanga Island.
