If you haven’t taken to jungle cuisine, this is the yin to its yang, an excellent chifa dishing out vibrant, hugely portioned Chinese-Peruvian fusion. The namesake plate, Tai Pai a la plancha, is a heaping kitchen sink dish of chicken, pork, duck and shrimp served on a sizzling hot plate. Portions can easily serve two.
