El Tejado information
This charming little spot doesn’t look much from the outside, but a lovely interior courtyard and dining room awaits. It’s a great lunch spot, with menús (set meals) for S8 Monday to Friday. The specialty is tacu-tacu (a Peruvian fusion dish of rice, beans and a protein), seen here in nine varieties.
Its version of lomo saltado (strips of beef stir-fried with onions, tomatoes, potatoes and chili) is conversation-stopping good.
