Rovegno
A cross between a delicatessen and a snack bar, this Italian-style pastelería-bodega (pastry-shop-cum-wine-shop) is very handy for travelers staying in nearby Santa Beatriz. Dishes run the gamut of stock Peruvian staples, from lomo saltado (strips of beef stir-fried with onions, tomatoes, potatoes and chili) to fish and vegetarian options.

Wa Lok
This is one of the better chifas (Chinese restaurants) in Chinatown, though it is better if you ask for the English-language version of the menu. The portions are enormous so don't overorder.
