Featuring traditional Japanese fare with a nod to Peruvian ingredients, this top-notch restaurant spells treat. Grilled squid, conger eel in chardonnay and airy tempura are masterfully crafted, no surprise since chef Toshiro has celebrity status. Best known are the tiraditos and the ceviches. The ambience, in Miraflores Park Hotel, is cool modern.
