Lonely Planet review

As upmarket as Cabanaconde gets, Kuntur Wassi is actually rather charming and is built into the hillside above town, with stone bathrooms, trapezoidal windows overlooking the gardens and a nouveau-rustic feel. Suites have enormous bathtubs. There’s also a bar, restaurant, library, laundry and foreign-currency exchange. The food served here is top-notch city standard.

Our independent authors have visited Hotel Kuntur Wassi and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Cabanaconde.
