    Fun...not extreme

    karenbegs recommends this,

    Rafting on the Rio Chilli is good fun. It's not exactly extreme but it is great fun for those who haven't done it before. i did it after a night out and it was definitely one way to clear my head! Lots of travel / tour agents dotted all over Arequipa offer a day / half day trip out there. It's not far away and a half day trip is a nice way to spend a few hours. Shop around to get the best price and pick up time that suits you
