I'm heading to Panama tomorrow and have booked the first portion of my trip in Bocas, but am leaving it open for the final 5 days and wondering if people had suggestions for the best places to go in the rainy season. I am seriously considering the Volcan area, but it does look like it thunderstorms pretty much all day long currently. I'm guessing that may be the situation in most places, but in case there is a hidden pocket of sunshine, or a place where the rain doesn't mean you are left…
my question is simple, can I travel with euros to Panama and change there to US dollars or should I change from euros to dollars at home before flying there?

In my planning of a Panama trip, I am unsure if I should rent a car. As of today, I plan on leaving PC to travel to San Blas, David, Boquete and Bocas.
Would a car be an advantage or a hassle?
Hello everybody, I am visiting Panama in September 201 and I would like to spend a few days in Darien National Park. I have read a lot of contradicting or old information but Nothing recent. Anybody been there recently? I would like to know if it is possible to take ths Semafront permit fast and if it is possible to find lodges inside the rain forest. Also, is somebody going there in September?
im sure this has been covered , but any new ideas would be great . i have a simple central america trip planed .i will fly into panama from cuba with a one way ticket , i plan to take the bus to costa rica and then bus to nicaragua and so on up to mexico . so ...what can i do ? a ticket out of mexico will not keep panama imigration happy right ? and then even if i have a ticket out of panama ,i will have the same problem with costa rica right ? and so on with the next countries…
Has anyone traveled from Bocas del Toro to Cahuita with a company called Caribe Shuttle? I'm intrigued, but I'll be traveling with my husband and 6 year old daughter. Is it safe? Is the company reliable? Would love any input. Thank you!

They have a beautiful, confortable and clean private or share bungalous.
Mr. Robinson in moving to new island, but his sister and her husband start to manager this island. Her name is Mercelina, she will be the new ouner of this island.
They are nice and friendly people, help us with everything, they make awesome tours to another island. They made a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner with seafood for all the guest.
