Stuck halfway between midrange and top end, the Hotel Mehran is a supremely comfortable choice for the price. Having recently undergone a refit, rooms are clean and modern, and there's a good restaurant and some handy shops and a bank in the grounds. Discounts are frequently there for the asking.
