I'm a solo female traveler who will be in Pakistan from the first week of October. I'll be in Chitral for 2 weeks and then I'd like to take a flight from Chitral to Islamabad and then a train on the same day from Islamabd to Lahore. I would have about 4 hours between the flight landing and train departing. would anyone have any information? cross posted, Thanks!

I am a guy. I have an Afghan perahan tunban, which I heard apparently is completely different from the shalwar kameez in Pakistan? Would it be better for me to wear the perhan tunban, get a shalwar kameez in Peshawar, or wear western clothes? When buying a shalwar kameez in Pak, what should I consider? (e.g. what is considered conservative, length of drape, baggy or not, etc.)
I want to fly directly into Peshawar, but will not be putting Peshawar on my visa itinerary. Do I need to get a special permit for KPK in advance? Or do I need to get one in Islamabad? If yes to the latter I will have to fly into Islamabad instead...
