   Lark Distillery produces fruit liqueurs (free tastings) and single malt whisky ($2.50 per tasting). Distillery tours happen at 11.30am and 2.30pm Monday to Saturday. You can also get a bite to eat here, and it morphs into a lounge bar with live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Expect blues, country and Americana beats with your Moo Brew Pilsner or smooth single malt. Lark Distillery also runs whisky tours, diving gloriously into Tasmania's emerging whisky scene.
