Lonely Planet review
Adjacent to Sápmi Park, this is Karasjok's premier lodging, with handsome rooms and Sami motifs throughout, plus, outside summertime, an impressive Arctic Menu restaurant. The internet terminal for guests – run, staff are at pains to point out, by an external company – may, at Nkr3 per minute, rank as the world's most expensive. Older rooms in the hotel's more traditional Gjestehus are substantially cheaper. In the park grounds, it also has some recently renovated modern rooms, priced as for the main building.
