Itinerary
Day 1 Vancouver
Get a first glimpse of the Canadian Rockies from the laid back city of Vancouver.
Day 2 Whistler
Head to the outdoor playground of Whistler.
Days 3-5 Wells Gray Provincial Park
Journey through British Columbia to Wells Gray Provincial Park. At night, camp at a cowboy ranch and toast s'mores over a fire.
Day 6 Mt Robson Provincial Park
Drive through the stunning Cariboo Mountains and Mt Robson Provincial Park. At 3,954 m, Mt Robson is the tallest peak in the Canadian Rockies.
Days 7-8 Jasper National Park
Witness Jasper's palette of snow-white or summer-grey mountains and brilliant turquoise lakes, laced by dense pine forests and colossal glaciers. Spot the Canadian Rockies' 'Big Five' - elk, moose, deer, wolf and bears.
Days 9-11 Banff National Park
Traverse the Icefields Parkway through stunning Rocky Mountain scenery en route to Banff. Take a cable car to the top of Sulphur Mountain, hike to the teahouse at the Plain of Six Glaciers or simply gaze for hours at picture-perfect Lake Louise.
Days 12-13 Yoho National Park/Golden
Uncover one of the lesser-known spots in the Canadian Rockies and spot a wealth of unique plant and animal species. Explore unspoilt mountainous terrain and perhaps tackle white-water rapids in the Kicking Horse River.
Day 14 Glacier National Park/Kamloops
Make a stunning stop at Glacier National Park and pay a visit the world's only temperate inland rainforest on the way to Kamloops
Day 15 Vancouver
Discover why the harbourside city of Vancouver consistently rates as one of world's most liveable cities.
