The Cape Playhouse is the oldest operating professional summer theater (1927) in the US. Bette Davis once worked here as an usher and some of the biggest names in showbiz have appeared on its stage. It hosts a different production every 12 days, and also presents a Children’s Theater (tickets $8) with classics, puppetry and more.
