    Yoga Pod

One of the hippest, if most-oddly located, studios in Boulder. But don't let the 29th St Mall location throw you off. There's plenty of free parking, the place isn't corporate and the instruction is first rate. When the Fourmile Canyon Fire hit Boulder, they offered free yoga to those displaced by the Fourmile Fire.

    It’s Yoga

Some call it a factory, but we like It’s Yoga for its big classes – ideal for shy types who don’t like being singled out for adjustments of posture. It’s all about Ashtanga here, which focuses on breath, flow and power. Classes are held in large rooms with big windows with lots of light. Reserve online for the busiest late-afternoon classes from Monday to Friday.

Ashtanga is the focus; Hatha, pre- and post-natal exercises, and Pilates classes are also on the menu.
