Introducing Southern Nigeria

Southern Nigeria takes in the coastal area that reaches from the Benin border in the west to the Cameroon border in the east. There is a series of interesting towns along this coast including the sprawling Ibadan, the Yoruba cities of Oshogbo and Benin City and the former slave port of Calabar. The latter is a good stopover if you are heading for Cameroon.
