    An oasis of calm in a noisy crowded city

    Jazz Hole is more than a bookshop. This is the home of African music, with its own recording label, a place to listen and read, or take a cup of tea in its cafe (with, at a guess, 40 varieties of tea available). It is the most blissful place to retreat to from the hot, humid, noisy city that is Lagos. Unless you are staying close by, take a taxi.
