    BEST pizza/pasta in entire central america. no doubt!

    We stayed in SJDS 3 weeks and ate here twice a week and never got tired of it. Fresh pastas are amazing and the pizzas divine. Nowhere else in Central America will you find proper Italiano balsamic vinegar! Try the focaccia, not what i would call it, but an awesome, cheap starter.
