    Totally unprofessional

    S_E_R does not recommend this,

    Can only comment on their professionalism, or complete lack thereof. A friend had the place officially booked for her 21st, people had booked accommodation to come down for the night and the owner up and decides out of the blue that they would prefer somebody else’s business and just steamrolled over her booking. That reeks of a total disregard for people. Not recommended to book at all.
