Hi guys ! Planning to go to Myanmar in a few days , can anybody help me with these questions?

My turn to ask a question as I've not quite made it to golden Rock yet. From what I've read its unclear exactly how far you have to walk in bare feet when you get up there, can anyone explain exactly how far you need to walk? I'm asking on behalf of a friend who is adverse to walking barefoot. Cheers.
We are planning to travel from Kawthaung all the way up to Mawlamyine and wondered if anyone has experience of transport and lodgings along the way. Also any recommendations of where to stop along the way would be greatly appreciated. We plan on taking about 10 days to slowly work our way up.

So I'm looking really deeply in Google without any results. I would like to know how it looks to get around Loikaw in Kayah State, I'm mostly interested in tribal villages. Does anybody know which one except Pan Pet are accessible for single tourist and if its still necessary to get permission? I would be really grateful for any info!!
My husband and I will be spending a week in Myanmar for 13 nights in October.
Can anyone suggest an itinerary of key things to do/ see? We fly in and out of Yangon and would like to see any key sights but also like to get off the beaten track. We're also both quite fit and active and interested in culture, nature, wildlife, jungle, beaches and food/nightlife!
Thanks in advance

Whilst we like the idea of relaxing at the beach etc we also want to do day trips - trekking, visiting villages, hiring bikes or something like that and just wondered if anyone has any experience of the surrounding area?
