Hi everyone,

I posted awhile back about a one day itinerary, however, I just learned that my ferry from Italy to Montenegro was cancelled! Trying to rework the itinerary and looking for some last minute help (this trip is in 2 weeks).

June 8th: Arrive Dubrovnik 8am, rent car. (Possibly Budva, Lake Skadar, and Mt. Lovcen). Where to stay overnight?

June 9th: Kotor overnight (this was booked before ferry changed)

June 10th: drive to dubrovnik (perast on the way back)

I am wondering what to do…

Hi,
We're staying in Kotor till 2nd of august. On the 2nd of august we're travelling to Camp Grab in Scepan Polje.

I'm looking for the best way to get there(train, bus, taxi,...).
As we're not travelling back tot Kotor, but after camp Grab going to Belgrade a rentals car ain't a good option. 7

If anyone has some tips that would be very helpfull!

10 Day Trip

I am planning a trip with a friend of mine, all we have planned now is to arrive in Tivot on July 1st and to depart from Croatia on July 10th.
I am trying to plan a mix of beach time as well as site-seeing. We were thinking about a day trip to Albania, I would love any recommendations on what to do and see. Bosnia? Serbia?

Any favorite Hostels?

Would you recommend renting a car, or is public transportation pretty good?

We are ending in Croatia but going to skip Dubrovnik, Hvar, and Split as we…

Hi all

My boyfriend and I will be travelling to Kosovo for a wedding and have decided to land in Dubrovnik and make our way to Pristina from there over 6 days

We would like to stop in Kotor in the way and I was wondering: do we need to book buses in advance as it will be high season (beginning if August)? Keep in mind that we can't be too flexible with dates
Also, we are really struggling to understand how to make our way from Kotor to Pristina. It looks like we will have to pass through…

Where to go

I am going to Greece with my girlfriend. I have more time than she does so I plan on flying to the Balkan 2 weeks earlier, around May 23rd, and then traveling by land to meet her in Athens. I bought the LP Southern Europe book, though it is not as informative as I would like about bus times. I like to play it by ear when traveling and I find bus more flexible than train. From the LP it looks like I might not need bus reservations since it will not be the peak season. I was looking for…

Hello,

I'm looking at possible transport options from Tivat airport to Budva in July. I found a private taxi company that would charge 15 euros for the trip (which is pretty reasonable), just wondering if there are regular buses that leave from the airport or nearby to Budva. Any info is greatly appreciated!

Hello!

We'll arrive Podgorica on a saturday evening around 20:00 (June). Are supermarkets open after that? Are they open on sunday mornings (we need some breakfast and pickninc lunch).

General info will help, but if someone can suggest a supermarket near Explorer hostel podgorica (near railway station), that would save our day!

Happy spring

Thanks!

Alright, after hours and hours of extensive searching for information about buses in Montenegro, I'm about to give up. This is my last resort.

Is there anyone who knows if there is a bus going from Mojkovac to Zabljak on July 22, 2016, so my girlfriend and I can have the opportunity to explore the Durmitor National Park and do some rafting on the Tara river?

We will arrive from the Podgorica train to Mojkovac, so if it's more convenient to get to Bijelo Polje and then catch a bus to Zabljak…

Excuse the silly question, but are there regular buses from Podgorica to Mostar and/or Split? And if yes, when do they leave and how long are the respective journeys?

Traveling alone to Dubrovnik in the second week of May and planning for a day trip down to Montenegro, Kotor and possibly Perast. May I know any reliable bus companies and how do I go about purchasing a ticket (from the bus driver/ticket office/etc)? I've read about a few but mostly they were from 4 - 6 years ago. Please do share your personal experience too.
