This is the oldest hotel in town, a communist relic that has seen gradual renovations over the years, including a new restaurant. It's a little better than the Bastau as the 2nd-floor rooms come with attached bathroom.

This place has good-looking rooms and the reasonably priced lux options have TV, comfy beds and 24-hour hot-water showers. The only problem is the noisy disco downstairs.
