Lonely Planet review
While it's not particularly old, this fine-dining restaurant has an almost colonial air to it, with couch seating inside and a big porch overlooking the Choijin Lama Temple Museum. The food is surprisingly good, with starters that include smoked-salmon rolls and spinach salad with feta, and an array of delectable main dishes that fuse Italian and French recipes, such as lamb ratatouille, grilled duck and peppercorn steak. Breakfast is available on weekdays.
