Lonely Planet review
This place is bigger and more commercialised than the others in the valley; it comes complete with Chinggis Khaan statues and a ger gift shop. Meals are also available (breakfast US$2, lunch US$7, dinner US$3). It’s in a great location in the southwest corner of the valley, and offers plenty of walking and horse-riding opportunities.
Our independent authors have visited Anar and selected this as one of our recommended accommodation in Kharkhorin (Karakorum).
