Beyond the stately carved wooden doors is a dramatic tableclothed dining room with high ceilings and interior arches in a century-old building. Dine on regional dishes such as pollo juchi (fried chicken with pickled vegetables and potatoes) or tasajo en salsa de chirmol (sliced beef in tomato sauce) and listen to marimba performances from 2pm to 6pm.
