use joe's as the yardstick for the rest of your dining experiences in PV.
there are cheaper places, there are more expensive places (most sit down places actually), but no where has fresher/better food. (fish, or otherwise).
the drinks are made with REAL FRESH FRUIT.  stop, think about that.  you get what you pay for.  now think about the fact that lots of them are half price during the day and realize that sometimes you get twice as much as what you pay for.
