This shop sells particularly high-quality mezcal from Santiago Matatlán (up to around $600 a bottle). Several shops southwest of the Zócalo, on streets such as Aldama, JP García and Trujano, also specialize in mezcal . Around $100 will certainly buy you a decent bottle.
