Getting there & around

Transportes Oaxaca-Istmo buses to Mitla (M$15, 1¼ hours, every few minutes from 5am to 7pm) leave from Oaxaca’s 2nd-class bus station. The last one back to Oaxaca leaves Mitla at about 9pm. A taxi from la cuchilla to the ruins costs M$20.
