Riding the latest ‘cantina chic’ (oxymoron?) wave, the Capital does traditional Mexican fare with an exquisite gourmet twist. Try the chilapitas de jaiba (crayfish tostadas) served on a bed of pumpkin seeds or the pato con mole negro (duck in dark mole sauce).
