Chef Ricardo Muñoz searches high and low in Mexico for traditional recipes that he re-invents to perfection. Fruits of his research include crispy ravioli stuffed with duck and the most scrumptious sopa de tortilla (tortilla soup).

    Best bet when visiting CU

    If you plan to visit Ciudad Universitaria, be sure to stop for lunch in this restaurant. You can taste modern mexican dishes (like in some Polanco´s fancy resturants) for a very reasonable price. Service is not so good, but is great for a campus spot. The restaurant is located in the cultural zone of the National University, so you can take a few steps after your meal and enjoy a concert, a cult film, a play or just hang around one of the biggest libraries in Mexico.
