Lonely Planet review for Bistrot Mosaico
A slice of Paris just west of Av Insurgentes, this unpretentious bistro is the successful creation of French restaurateur François Avernin. It’s trendy for a reason: the service is stellar, the salads fresh and varied, and the wines well chosen. Picnickers can stock up on pâté and escargots at the deli counter.

Bistrot Mosaico - Mexico City
oceib recommends this,
Known by trendy locals as "Vip's-trot Mosaico" in honor to one of Mexico's most poupular fast food restaurant, Vip's, Bistrot Mosaico is still one of Mexico City's best option for true french cuisine.
Even though the original owners (known for the restaurant Champs Elycee in Paseo de la Reforma) selled it about one year ago to an American group (who has made of Bistrot Mosaico an up-scaled chain restaurant), it still preserves its original menu, and reasonable priced decent food. The staff is the same so expect a cozy bienvenue and excellent service...
Good for business meetings and casual up-scaled soirees.Good for: Romance, atmosphere, food, service, Families
