The Rioja is a well-maintained lodging in the middle of everything, and the quality of its facilities matches those of places at twice the price. Front rooms (slightly pricier) have balconies suitable for observing the activity on Av 5 de Mayo. Interior units, opening on an echoing central court, tend to be dark but guarantee a peaceful night’s sleep.
