Just a block from the metro, the Fleming is one of the better deals in the zone. Though typically uninspiring in design or decor, the spacious, peach-toned rooms have all the comforts of pricier places in this category, plus ceiling fans and attractive painted ceiling beams. For some reason it’s popular with French groups, who congregate in the decent ground-level restaurant.
