Course activities in Mexico City
Cooking courses are held in a grand historic building, both for professional and amateur chefs and cooks. Courses in English were introduced in April 2008. There is also a restaurant on site where you can sample the service and dishes first-hand.
Closer to Mexico City, in the small village of Tepotztlán, transplanted New Yorker Magda Bogin runs Cocinar Mexicano. This program includes weeklong classes and weekend courses specially designed for travelers.
