Tlaxcala’s sprawling bus terminal (462-03-62) is just under 1km west of the central plazas. For Mexico City’s TAPO terminal, ATAH runs 1st-class ‘expresso’ buses (M$90, two hours) every 20 minutes in both directions until 9pm. Frequent 2nd-class Flecha Azul buses rumble to Puebla (M$15) and Pachuca (M$79).
