All 16 rooms in the renovated yet rustic former coffee-processing warehouse have picture windows and refinished wood floors. Upstairs, the two-level suites accommodate up to four people and offer expansive views of the valley; downstairs rooms have tiled bathrooms, rough stone walls, and one or two beds.
