This exuberantly painted little joint starts serving alcohol shortly after sunrise. You may want to stick around for lobster, shrimp or the traditional Mexican dishes. Wash it all down with a refreshing michelada (beer mixed with lime juice, chili sauce and a dash of Worcestershire).
