Lonely Planet review
The friendly Nelson is a longtime favorite, with high ceilings and 1950s-era touches, such as a real live barbershop of old. The carpeted rooms are slightly scuffed but come with color TV, and some have a view of the (less-than-soothing!) Avenida Revolución.
Our independent authors have visited Hotel Nelson and selected this as one of our recommended historic hotels in Tijuana.
