Lonely Planet review
Casa Pablito is a bit of a hike from the Zona Hotelera, but it offers quiet rooms, a wet bar (literally - you swim up to it), hearty breakfasts, and colorful Mexican decor. Rooms have attractive tiled patterns, full-size fridges, and the friendly staff is bilingual.
Located a 15-minute walk from the heart of the tourist zone, Casa Pablito is a bright, cheery, peach-pink oasis. The pool is full-sized, spotless, with deep blue accents and seats at one end where you can swim up for a drink under the palapa. Rooms are big and eat-off-the-floor clean, with high ceilings, air-conditioning, fans, TVs, and cheery Puebla tile inlaid designs. The walk to the marina may feel long, especially late at night, but a taxi solves the problem for anyone who's not interested in the exercise. People wanting a sound sleep will appreciate the distance - you're more likely to hear the cluck of chickens than the screams of party chicks.
Our independent authors have visited Casa Pablito and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Cabo San Lucas.
