Lembongan is awful - strong currents. Easily the best place for snorkelling in Bali is AMED (http://bit.ly/fOrUU2) on the east coast.

There are a number of Damri buses. Make sure you get the one to GAMBIR (the train station). From here, walk to Jalan Jaksa (15 mins)
