The water in Cuenca is absolutely fine it comes from Las Cajas. I've never had any problems...in fact it's better than back home in the UK.

Gosh!!!!!!!!!……..not been on this site for a long time!!
Joined 7 years ago, last activity on the forum was 4 years ago (2007). There was an IT problem and couldn’t log on when the site upgraded so after many weeks I gave up ……….but now am back …..great!
I travelled to South America September ‘05 for one year. Ecuador (Galapagos), Peru (Amazon), Bolivia, Chile, Argentina,Uruguay, Colombia and Antarctica. I had an amazing time and was married in Cuenca, Ecuador, July 06. ( something I didn’t expect or plan on, Maria Rosa is from Cuenca)……..we both now live in the UK.
Happy & Safe travelling …………………………….and remember no matter what you plan, plans always end up changing………………….after being single for so long and chilling out for 5 months in Ibiza, who would have thought destiny was calling me on the other side of the world………and this destiny’s name was Maria Rosa!!!
