I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Madagascar, and I am now fulfilling my dream of traveling and WWOOFing. I’m documenting my journey through video, pictures, and of course my blog. My current adventure is Cape Town to Cairo, but I hope to continue from there. I love learning about other cultures, speaking other languages, and teaching. I have an MS in biology, and I am passionate about food and water issues. On the fun side, I love being outdoors, hiking, surfing, rockclimbing, and snowboarding. I also love listening to music, watching movies, and eating food.

I hope to teach people back in the US about the world, and inspire them to travel.
